Dear Colleagues,

As you are likely aware, the European Citizen Science Association (ECSA 2026) conference will be held in Oulu, Finland from 3 to 6 March 2026, with a pre-conference day on 2 March and an excursion day on 7 March. The call for panels, roundtables and workshop topics is now open and will close on 3 June 2025. 

Submissions for session are welcome from across the citizen science community and beyond. The conference  welcomes explorations of methodological challenges, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and sharing practical experiences.

Details about the call and how to submit proposals are available on the conference website: https://www.ecsa2026.ngo/. Please consider proposing a session, and also please share this announcement with any and all interested colleagues in your network. A successful ECSA 2026 will help positively shape and develop citizen science in Europe and beyond.
